App for the authentic Italian cuisine experience. Pizza Fuoco is a italian franchise with a fresh image, where each product offers numerous customisation options, as well as numerous options to create personalised menus. It also offers an order tracker where you can see all the stages it goes through in its preparation, as well as the route in the case of delivery.
Product Overview
Pizza Fuoco offers numerous configuration possibilities and alternative vegan options. You can choose where to pick up the order or receive it at home, as well as having a real tracking of the whole process in the preparation of the order and the tracking of the shipment of the order. The usability of the app has been taken care of to provide the best user experience.
Problem
The menu is very large and varied, with thousands of possibilities when creating your order. With so much information and possibilities, the use of the app was quite complex and most users ended up lost and without adding items to the order.
Role
UX/UI Designer, Product Designer.
Design Process
Interviews, As is Scenario, Personas, Task Model, User Journey Map, User Needs and Requirements, Use Scenario, Information Architecture, Low to High Fidelity Prototype, Usability Test.
Solution
After a thorough analysis of the user’s needs and requirements, I identified that it was very necessary to add visible informative elements, as well as a clear navigation structure and a simple and clean interface within the complicated layout that was required.
Impact
After doing several interviews and usability tests, the users who tested the prototypes highlighted the ease of navigation and the ease of finding the item an customisation in the item they wanted. They have pointed out that special and personalised menus are very easy to create thanks to the informative and progress elements in the order.
